If you are interested in becoming a Teenshare carer, please answer the questions below and click on the Send button to email them to us at Teenshare. These initial questions will give us some idea as to your suitability to become a carer. When we receive your form we will contact you either by phone or email to discuss your interest in fostering. Your marital status or relationship should be stable and unchanged over the past year.

You should be physically, emotionally, and financially stable.

You should not have had a major illness or trauma during the past 12 months.

You must be able to provide the young person with his or her own room and storage space.
